＜ギフトセット＞手延べ よもぎうどん

麺通様御用達。4月初旬頃までのよもぎの若葉だけを摘んで湯通し、アク抜きをした後、ペースト状にして小麦粉に練り込んでいます。着色なしで作ったうどんです。麺の色は薄くても、たくさんのよもぎ若葉が入っています。

Only young leaves of mugwort until early April are picked, boiled through, and scoured before being made into a paste and kneaded into wheat flour. These udon noodles are made without coloring. Even though the noodles are light in color, they contain a lot of young mugwort leaves.
