A favorite of noodle connoisseurs. Made from carefully selected Hokkaido wheat flour, Mongolian salt, and stone water from Mt. It is characterized by its firmness and umami taste due to the craftsmanship and aging process.
Yomogi udon is Nakamura's original product: only the young leaves of mugwort, which are picked until early April, are boiled in hot water, the scum is removed, and then kneaded into a paste and mixed with wheat flour.
