Collection: 奇跡の柿酢 Miraculous Persimmon Vinegar





The raw materials are only persimmons harvested from large 200~300 year old trees that have lived since the Edo period. Wild yeast on the peel slowly converts the fruit into vinegar.
After 20 years of research, we have created persimmon vinegar without pesticides, fertilizers, heat, or filtration, which was said to be impossible.
*Because it is unfiltered, unheated, and contains live bacteria, a hazy sediment may form at the bottom, but there is no quality problem.
